1. How long can I get the quotation?
For most projects, we can provide you with a quote within 24 hours once we know the product style, size, board type (including thickness), printing requirements and quantity.
2. How long will it take to receive the kraft paper bag?
As a general rule, we allow 2 weeks to produce your custom designed and printed product.
 
3. Can I custom design and make the packing box?
Of course, we have our own designers, and we design and build each project according to each client's needs. All of our paper bags are custom made with your artwork and packaging needs.
4. Is there a minimum order quantity requirement?
Since our company is also a factory, we can accept various quantities, but considering the high machine setup cost and shipping cost, we don't recommend you to place us a very small order.

5. Can I get samples?
Yes, on some stock items, we can provide samples for free. However, a nominal shipping fee will be charged. Certain items are excluded from our example programs. Samples are available based on your artwork and packaging needs, but box charges and estimated shipping will be included. Sample making usually takes a week.
