Generally,4-7 days for sample making.We usually ship by DHL,EMS,Fedex or TNT.It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.

Payment<5000 USD, 100% in advance. Payment>5000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shippment.

For the silk screen printing bag,we can make even1,000PCS,for bag with gravure printing and composition the MOQ is 10000PCS,because printing and composition is made by the auto-machine,if qty is small,the wastage during production is very high,then price is not compective advertising.
